We use Schulz's for everything from birthdays to funerals. They always create beautiful arrangements perfect for whatever the occasion. I will never use another florist.
Monica, I am sorry you did not receive your flowers on Valentine's day. We were not given correct information, nor do we have an account with all of your information. We offered to deliver them to your house that evening you refused. We offered to deliver them the next day, you refused. We however set up delivery with your husband the following day. My husband has ordered flowers from this place for 5 yrs always had them delivered to my work. Today they delivered my flowers to the wrong address. They were rude, unapologetic and told me that it was all my husbands fault. I asked to just cancel the order and they said they were charging me whether or not I received the flowers. Schulz's Florist is a true slice of Louisville history! Originally founded by Jacob Schulz in 1873, ownership passed through his family, then to 1960's- 1990's legend Dave Davies, and finally to the solid, capable stewardship of the current owner, Ms. Debi Rush. When I called the florist I was greeted with a "Good Morning" by a friendly voice. After explaining that I was looking for something special for an older woman, the person I was talking to suggested I talk to one of the designers. When you order flowers from Debi Rush and her staff @ Schulz's Florist, you know that you will get the most beautiful designs. I have sent flowers from Schulz's to funerals, and I can always spot the Schulz arrangements from across the room. Top notch staff and customer service! Plus, they are big supporters of their local community. Got to love that!
When people send flowers, they usually are trying to send a "feeling" to someone. The flowers represent joy, sympathy, love, congratulations, etc. Debi Rush and her staff understand this. They all go above and beyond to make sure the "feeling" of the customer is communicated by sending the nicest and most creative flower arrangements. They are always anxious to meet the customers' needs.
