We had a failure on our lab Schulz CSD 9 compressor. That's not good, but we are tough on them. Tech service helped us immediately and had the replacement part shipped the same day. That's customer service!
Having major problems with our 1 year in. Due to huge vibration, brass parts crack.
Horrible customer service very rude and non responsive. Products are low quality, go buy somewhere else for what you need. Don't honor their warranties. Would give zero stars if I could.
