I had a terrible experience here. First I called the office nearly twenty times over the course of several days and could never get ahold of anyone to schedule an appointment. I drove nearly nine hours to the region to breed my dog and was wanting a last minute progesterone test just to be 100% sure we got the timing right. For those unfamiliar a progesterone test is performed by a simple blood draw, it takes less than a minute. The lost me as a customer at the beginning of the COVID-19 Emergency. Before the extension of the stay at home order they cancelled my dog's DAPP vaccination twice at the last moment. The second time on the morning of the appointment. I explained to the staff that I was a healthcare worker and that missing my dog's DAPP vaccination and rabies vaccinations, would make it impossible for me to put my dog into day care, while I work for the Hospital system I am employed with. He saved my Yorkie!!! I saw Dr Schultz’s compassion the first visit! And it never stopped!! I’ve said so many times since I have moved away—Where is Dr Schultz! Absolutely the very best Veterinarian!!!!!
I drive 2 hours to see Dr Schultz, he and his staff are excellent. Dr. Schultz is never too busy to answer all your questions.. And his staff is equally as nice and pleasant..
