I lived at the Marlene residence and it was always well Maintained. If an issue ever arose, Dan would respond in a timely manner and provide the fix if needed. He has been the best landlord I have ever had. He is kind, caring, and compassionate to say the least. I would highly recommend any of his rental properties if you want to enjoy a life with a respectful and understanding landlord. Thank you Dan for all that you did while I stayed at your rental property!
I loved living at the Marlene Drive house and Dan is an amazing landlord. The house is well maintainedand anytime I had a question or needed something, he responded promptly. Dan and the neighbors are great and have become dear friends. I look forward to visiting with them each time I visit Michigan!!

We have had more than a few landlords in our day, but Schultz Properties is, hands down, the best we have had. Dan is fair, attentive, accommodating, and really cares about how his tenants/house are doing. He fixes things that might need fixing so quickly. And is just an all around nice, honest, wholesome, good guy. So refreshing.
