I loved living at the Marlene Drive house and Dan is an amazing landlord. The house is well maintainedand anytime I had a question or needed something, he responded promptly. Dan and the neighbors are great and have become dear friends. I look forward to visiting with them each time I visit Michigan!!
Dan was our landlord for all of 2021. He was very quick to fix anything we needed. He is honest, hard-working, and a genuine pleasure to deal with. We felt genuinely blessed to have him as a landlord.
We have had more than a few landlords in our day, but Schultz Properties is, hands down, the best we have had. Dan is fair, attentive, accommodating, and really cares about how his tenants/house are doing. He fixes things that might need fixing so quickly. And is just an all around nice, honest, wholesome, good guy. So refreshing.
