Horrible experience!! The job took 2 months to complete when we were told 2 weeks everything was in stock fast forward a month later cant get a hold of anyone and when they got the parts in they were wrong(their fault they didnt check out the truck specs their the professionals ) so had to pay additional money for the correct parts….. we take it back for the retwerk after 500-1000 miles they tell us we went over the miles by 10,000 miles we hadnt put that much miles on it since we had the truck a year long prior…. I would not recommend this shop for any work. I should have read the reviews of others experiencing the same problems I dealt with. Scheduling was a nightmare and constantly changing dates. Work performed was ok, but they scratched my rear bumper and have not shown interest to repair it. They told me rear bumper was on back order with Ford, I let time pass and called myself. Part was not on back order, have yet to hear from them. Over 3 months, I am glad I did not pay the amount owed because I would not have seen it again. D... read more
