Buyer beware! We contracted Schultz Lawn Care for a hardscape project. The quality of workmanship is very poor. We are having to re-do the pergola due to severly bowed boards, poor quality lumber with large and loose knots, and poor construction techniques by poorly installing modified joist hangers to hang all the main beams. We also have to have the siding fixed because of the way that it was cut around the stairs. The stair treads are too narrow to step on with excessive gaps which were filled with caulk.
