The office staff were kind, the doctor was breathtakingly rude, arrogant, and condescending.
The staff were friendly, Don was great... but to schedule that many patients and then take over 2 hours to be seen only to be berated and belittled by the doctor himself!! I've never been more insulted by a medical "professional" in all my life. I will never go back and I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.
I've been seeing Dr. Schultz for 20 years. I feel highly confident with his care. His credentials are really impressive. His knowledge and dedication to his field is beyond many. He may have a bit of a wait, though worth every bit. I recommend him to all ages. I feel very lucky to have him still looking after my vision.
