So happy I found this place. Kevin and his manager Tyler and everyone at Schutz Ford are awesome to work with. Friendly, kind, knowledgeable and helpful. This shop is the worst , customer service is horrible. Took my van to get looked at and they never told me it was going to take two or three days. I used the van for work so I send an entire day waiting only to find out they did not even look at it and would be another day or more. I would be professional if they would tell you this detail ahead of time. All that the person at the service said you can come pick it up if you can’t wait. Very unprofessional would not recommend this service place.
