I have been a customer at Shultz for 10+ years. Each time I bring my vehicle to be service, they are very professional, caring, and friendly. Availability for scheduling is great. The process is very efficient, and the pricing very fair. My overall experience was excellent!!!

I leased a Mach-E from Schultz Ford of West Haverstraw in July. Now, nine weeks later, they still haven’t completed the vehicle registration process, leaving me to drive illegally on NY dealer plates. There has been no communication unless I initiate it, and calls and texts are rarely returned. If you’re shopping for a Ford, I’d recommend searching for a better dealership.
I recently leased a MachE GT from Schultz Ford and it was a great experience. Roger was awesome! He knew the car well and was able to answer any question I had about EVs. I wanted to register the car in Florida, so Roger worked with Brian and they easily made that happen. Additionally, they were both super transparent with the details of the lease deal without any pressure or hesitation, which made me very comfortable in my decision.
