My sons apt was @ 345 we arrived 320 it’s 425 and we still haven’t been seen. Were just told there’s still 3 ahead of us. Why even make appointments if your going to see patients at your convenience

HI I STARED WITH BAD THING GOING ON WITH MY EYE AND I CAN SAY THEY DID ALL THAY COULD TO FIX IT ALL FOR ME I LOVE THE WAY THAY HELP ME YOU WONT BE UNHAPPY WITH THEM IF YOU NEED HELP GO SEE THEM I KNOW THAY CAN ANDWILL HELP YOU I SAY THANK YOU ALL FOR WHAT YOU DID FOR ME RAYMOND HANDLEY
I waited an hour and 1/2 they told me I'm still gonna have to wait another hour and 1/2. Terribly slow service never told me in the beginning that I would have to wait an hour and a 1/2 to 3 hours before you get seen. 20 people waiting. Completely overbooked very poor scheduling. What a joke, this is not how you run a business, no consideration for people's time.
What a fantastic Doctor! Professional through pre-op, surgery and after care. Deb in the Yucca Valley office is a gem!
