Call on Aug 8, 2023. Person who answered phone sounded drunk and rude. Did not identify his business or who he was . Had to ask several questions as to if they were contractors, and who he was. He acted as if my business was a bother . I declined his services. Totally unprofessional.
We’ve now lived in our new home for 1 year. Schultz Construction did an outstanding job building our custom retirement home. The fit and finish of the home is very nice, we are 100% satisfied with the end result. Greg pulled this off in the middle of a pandemic with escalating material costs and the owners living 2000 miles away. In spite of those challenges Greg delivered the build on time at a reasonable cost. If you want a very good quality built home I would recommend Schultz Construction without reservation.
