I ordered items on 10/25 and my credit card statement shows it. These were to be Christmas gifts. I emailed them a month ago, to see where my items were, but was yanked around by Iris. We're now coming up on 2 months. Still no items.
I placed an order in March 25, I have not received any material and got the run around for the past 7 months.
