I was a customer for 20 years, in that time I insured multiple autos and a home. Over 20 years I never filed an at fault claim or made a late payment. A little while ago I realized I was paying Schultheis Insurance nearly triple what the big name companies charge. Schultheis was raising my rates 10% to 15% every billing cycle without contacting me, and had been for years.
