Terrible company. I bought a home in Anderson with a lifetime warranty on the roof which was revoked when ownership changed hands. I had them come twice to honor the shingles falling off and leaks (every time it gets above 90, a shingle falls off), and they said there's nothing they can do. I even asked for bids for a new roof, and they are 40% more than all my other bids. When I called to ask them to talk about at least honoring a repair warranty in the interim, they don't even call me back. I gave them three years to respo... read more

Replacing a roof is a big project, but Schulte Roofing made it as comfortable as possible. Kevin Blum was very attentive to my concerns and the whole crew was very professional. And we only found a few nails after the project was completed! I highly recommend.
