What an amazing job. I have a decent-sized roof and they were completely done in two days in the dead of summer. They even painted all of the vents to match the roof! Kelly Kirkpatrick was my sales rep. He kept me informed every step of the way. He took care of all the insurance paperwork and it was seamless. We picked Shulte because we had used them before and they are big company so I wouldn’t take a chance on someone doing poor work and then not stand by their work. But that is exactly what is happening here. Their quality inspector who is the son of the owner is great ( Tristan) and found some problems after the roof was done and the managers won’t follow through and make the repairs. Like so many in B/CS since back in early springs hail storm, we needed a new roof. We called maybe 4 or 5 local roofers (we believe in buying local) and Schulte are the only ones that returned our call quickly. And our experience from start to finish was exceptional. We had a minor problem with the cleanup afterword, but they took great care to solve the problem. KEVIN was our project manager and if you get to choose, ask for him.
Recently replaced a Spanish tile roof with a new metal roof from Schulte. The roof is beautiful and the whole process - removing the old roof, a real chore, and installing the new roof, was excellent. The workers took great care of the landscaping, worked hard and were always polite and courteous. The site managers checked on progress often and made sure we were happy as the work went along.
