When my family and I moved from Colorado to Tucson we needed a rental fast. We found the perfect house and called to get the ball rolling. We actually did the whole deal (rental agreements, payments, etc.) online! We moved in, and any issues we had were promptly taken care of. They provided a move in/out sheet that made it so easy to get our deposit back at move out. Great customer service and very professional. Would highly recommend!
I did not have a good experience with Rebecca. I rented from her company for 4 years. During her walk throughs of the property she was rude and combative. She told me several things would be fixed and they never were. She did not respond to calls or texts. To top it all off she charged me for having leaves under a shrub bush 22 days after I moved out !!! Wow Recbecca!! I would not recommend her services to anyone!
