Becareful when you call this office for a consultation. They do not practice in Lane county. We scheduled a consultation appointment with Henry Harding, his secretary didn’t tell us up front that they didn’t practice in Lane county. In the mid of our conversation he told us he wasn’t to take on our case while we already paid $285 fee for the consult. The conversation with Henry was wasting of our time. They should have told us that they didn’t practice in Lane county. I called different law offices in Eugene and first thing ... read more

Mike Fearl - I would not recommend Mike Fearl. While he did seem very knowledgable and helpful, I found that he was quite disorganized and often very slow to respond. Furthermore when my divorce was done, I found the final contract to be unsatisfactory. It appears my ex-wifes attorney was much more organized and was able to out maneuver Mike on several different issues. I would look elsewhere.

My case took almost a full year to resolve, and through that time I had the freedom to proactively work together with him; he was alwa... read more

I lived the first 44 years of my life never needing a lawyer. I was fortunate enough, though, that the very first time I ever did need one, a friend referred me to Mike Fearl at the Schulte Law Firm. Mike handled my issue with as much passion as I would have hoped a relative to have if they were defending me. He was knowledgeable, sharp, and possessed the fortitude to take on my fight and win. I will refer Mike and Schulte Law to everyone I can.
