I just came away from a consultation with Dr. Schuler and found him to be quite arrogant. He made me feel as if my questions were trivial and would give me no assurance that I would have a good experience with a tooth extraction. I asked him if my tooth appeared to be a difficult one as I was trying to decide whether to have local anesthesia or sedation. He said, "No, this is what I do. It isn't difficult." Dr. Schuler at Oral Facial Surgery Associates is not the doctor you should be going to see for your dental surgery needs. For starters, he's incredibly rude & cruel, with no bedside manner to speak of in any way. He doesn't see his patients as people but as bank accounts to drain. When I returned for a follow-up he charged me as if I were a new patient, which is considerably more expensive.
