Was lured by an online consultant then insulted with low offer on trade. The car was not at the lot like i was assured and Bill tried to help by going to Sterling to pick it up but wasn't back in the 45 minutes i was there. The salesman was very unprofessional.
The service center was GREAT they got my truck in and fixed it on the same day. I am from TEXAS and I would highly recommend this dealership over the one in Clinton Iowa any day.
Even after I purchased my last vehicle through them they got my hopes up only to deny me the second time around. Very un satisfied and will not be going back in the future.
