Excellent experience with this 25 year old company
Boy oh boy. I’ve hired this company NUMEROUS times for the same issue, my stupidity. The real issue is I call today and whoever answered the phone says they’re calling back in 15 min, never happened. I don’t want to say their incompetent, but same issue not solved, make your own judgement. However they clearly don’t value their customers what so ever
Schuler Heating and Cooling repaired my AC issue that the another company said needed to be replaced. Our home AC stopped cooling, so I called the well-known company that installed it 8 years ago to find out what was wrong. The AC parts came with a 10-year warranty. The installer came out and refilled the AC with freon without checking for a leak. After adding over $800 worth of freon, the technician used a leak detector with the outside AC unit running and placed it over the fan, claiming there was a leak. The technician sa... read more
Mr Schuler and his technician assistant, are professional, courteous, respectful of property; and knowledgable of HVAC equipment. They serviced our boiler, replaced some needed parts, educated the customer of future upgrades; All for a very resonable price. I would highly recommend Schuler Heating & Cooling. Thank you
