In 2010, we bought our first home through Schuler Bauer in Sellersburg, Indiana. It was new construction, and the agent convinced us to skip a home inspection, claiming it wasn’t needed since the house had already passed state and city inspections. Agent brought out a client on my FSBO and they stole from me. Captured on video system. Called Managing Broker and his response was agents are independent and he has no control over things. AVOID at all cost. The company will take responsibility for it's own agents.
