Today, I bought a thermal fuse from Schulberger's to repair my Kenmore Clothes Dryer...was told that it was an original replacement part...was charged $14.99 + tax...I said I thought the price was very high and was told that the price reflects the fact that this thermal fuse WAS an original replacement part and NOT some knockoff. Not only did they get to my house quickly, their team was knowledgeable and professional when they arrived to evaluate the issue. They made great recommendations on a new system for me that would increase the heating and cooling efficiency in my house. This is a local family that has been in business since 1957. They are knowledgeable, reliable, and fair. We are very pleased with the products and the installations they did for us.
Absolutely beyond terrible customer service! Please go literally ANYWHERE else but here including some chain store like Home Depot or Lowes because you are guaranteed to have better luck then getting ANYONE that runs this place to work with you on your appliances.
