I highly recommend this local gym, based upon my experience as a drop-in. Immediately upon walking in, coach (Rich) was talking to me about my fitness and injury history and comfort with the exercises of the day. He adapted it for me and was ready to coach and supervise as needed. It was a very well-designed session and (at the 11am class) community seemed strong and welcoming. Love my fitness trainer, I have learned many ways to keep fit, it's a good way to keep fit.
Great bootcamp/strength/HIIT style workouts! The sessions include compound movements, supersets, and a variety of rep ranges. The workout was tailored to my specific fitness level (I was able to choose a weight that I was comfortable with). The supportive group that I trained with really brightened my day!
This review is about ten years overdue. Schubox Athletics is a group exercise /Crossfit / strength training / high intensity interval training / family friendly gym. I have been coming to Schubox Athletics since 2015 and have changed locations with the owner, Rich, three times.
