Great place, freshly selection of meats, cheese, sides. The owner and staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend going there and checking them out. Huge selection of fresh brats that are ready for the grill.
Schubert's is hands down the best local meat market in the bi-state area!

Been going to Schubert's for years and have generally never had any complaints about their meats. Their chicken and beef are sourced locally or at or least within the Greater Saint Louis and southern Illinois regions. Prices are reasonable, although the beef shortage has caused those prices to be high, but that's more or less out of their control. I wouldn't say they're overcharging either.
