EXPENSIVE! There is a minimum 3 hour charge for 1 plumber for a service call at $135.00. That is a minimum of $405.00 just for 1 plumber to come over. (If I would have know that I would have gone some place else) I had them put in a new septic tank pump and it took them less than 2 hours. They charged me for 4 hours. "Cha-Ching, let the cash register ring" I put a note on the invoice about the over charge, got no answer.
The whole septic process that we did to upgrade our system I would give it a 100% rating. They were courteous on my property. They were on time and I appreciated them coming so quickly dealing with our issue. Highly recommend this company.
