In late 2023 we engaged Rolf Schroeder General Contractors to do a complete renovation of the exterior of our 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath suburban house, originally built around 1978. Structural wood repairs were also needed due to water damage in our basement. Remodeled master bathroom with Rolf Schroeder GC. It was by far the most pleasant home project I’ve ever done. They start with a design and then hold your hand during the selection process. Crew not only professional but respectful & clean. Prep home in am, clean up by dinner. We knew in advance the work to be done, who was coming in and who was going. This is the second time (and there will be a third time) we hired Rolf Schroeder and his team to improve our home. This project entailed a FULL basement remodel. We couldn't be happier! Rolf and his team listened to our needs and they were more than sensitive to our budget. Did we run over budget? Yes, but it was NOT THEIR FAULT. Rolf Schroeder is a homeowner's dream. Their workmanship is outstanding, and communicating with the homeowner about any problems or concerns is A plus. They did a major master bathroom remodel of us in 2014. The design and suggestions they provided were great and all the people involved were considerate and reliable.
