In late 2023 we engaged Rolf Schroeder General Contractors to do a complete renovation of the exterior of our 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath suburban house, originally built around 1978. Structural wood repairs were also needed due to water damage in our basement. Remodeled master bathroom with Rolf Schroeder GC. It was by far the most pleasant home project I’ve ever done. They start with a design and then hold your hand during the selection process. Crew not only professional but respectful & clean. Prep home in am, clean up by dinner. We knew in advance the work to be done, who was coming in and who was going. The Rolf Schroeder team installed a new sliding glass door in our home. They came on time. Communicated everything that needed to be done and why. Covered our floors, so they would not be damaged. Demonstrated the care and use of the door. Cleaned up the area after they completed the install. I would recommend them for any home remodeling task.
This is the second time (and there will be a third time) we hired Rolf Schroeder and his team to improve our home. This project entailed a FULL basement remodel. We couldn't be happier! Rolf and his team listened to our needs and they were more than sensitive to our budget. Did we run over budget? Yes, but it was NOT THEIR FAULT. This company has done several jobs in our Langhorne, PA home, over the past few years, including, a partial redo of our kitchen, and complete redo of 2 1/2 bathrooms. Rolf, Derek and the entire crew are excellent! Always courteous and attentive to every detail, even the small ones! Work was scheduled in a timely fashion and we were kept up to date at all times. The work area was always clean before they left for the day. Finished projects were all completed beautifully! In our book, they would top rated!

Our kitchen was approx 15 yrs old, it was dark & becoming outdated.
