Do not use this company! Middle of winter and they could not fix the problem, charged us for parts that were not needed. Had to get a different company to fix after 2 months of telling us they ordered a part. Never got the part but was the wrong part anyway. No heat for over 2 months with children in the home! Could have just said at any point they couldn't fix but kept saying they ordered a part that wasn't even what was needed. Would not return calls, did not fix the problem and still charged for service that was faulty. D... read more
