terrible experience, rude and unprofessional receptionist, did nothing to help us , when our new dr requested records she said they did not have any which was false. made us lose an appt due to her not submitting records on time, apparently this office does not have the capacity to send records electronically. very upset. she was rude to me and needs to retire.
