Here 5/2025, nice staff. Homeless hangs out inside gates, trouble starts when staff is gone, and security leaves after 7 pm. Not good. Needs overnight security to ensure a safe environment......Love our apartment, wish we can move our apartment and Ms Nancy & staff elsewhere......
The lady Miss Nancy is sweet. She’s the landlord here what you are very sweet OK and the apartment is very cute when I got my inspection my case manager said the same thing oh I like this is very cute so this property is nice for the neighborhood is very nice
A work in progress more improvements are needed. No security on site a lot of undesirable hanging out.
Hi my name is Deandrea Joyce I lived at these apartments for 2-3 years the manager Ms.Nancy is a wonderful manager anything you you report to her she handles the problem asap you put your work order in she makes sure her guy worker handle it the same day or the next day she truly is a angel she will work with you getting a place to stay there she doesn’t condone no drugs or any crimanal activities on her property she a kind sweet heart the rent is very reasonable so make sure to stop by her property she will work with you an... read more
The current manager Nency is the best. Her customer service is excellent the residents love her even when she has to be tough and down to business. The propery is kept clean and orderly and it's home. Of course there are some less than desirable people, but they"re harmless. Schroeder apartments are affordable and well managed in spite of anything else. I would live here again...
