someone who usually thing most apartment reviewers are idiots, please read this! I've been living here almost two years now and this month (October 2016) it is under new management called Homestead America. It's a group of young (30yr old ish) "business" people who are interested in making money and not their tenants. My experience has been horrible. The maintenance staff is incompetent and rude. Our kitchen ceiling fan fall off from the ceiling and we called in 20 times. We still don't have light in the kitchen as well as the ceiling fan for three weeks now.
