Extremely disappointed. They didn't follow through on multiple cancellation requests and wouldn't backdate to match cancellation request date. I had a homeowner's policy with them for nearly 30 years with no claims. You would think they'd respect that, but I'm out several thousand $$$. Would not recommend.
