I would say disappointed is an understatement. I have a 2 year rental agreement with Schrimsher properties and they have been stealing from us . We are renting a property that they have their mega yatch parked and they have been using our electricity and water and are supposed to pay us monthly for what they use but it has been 9 months since I have tried over and over to get refunded and they completely ignore us.
