When I was in need of a place to live in a circumstance I wasn't prepared for Schrimpf Management had a place for me to live. The time I lived at my rental with Schrimpf they were very responsive when something needed to be fixed or replaced they took care of it right away. If I ever need to rent again they are the first place I will call.
Was applying to rent out a 2 bedroom and was told because of one thing that could’ve been accommodated if they would listen besides assuming, I was told since that situation I should consider looking at the newspaper to find someone to live with that leases out of their homes… if this is the kind of people you want to spend your hard earned money on I’d HIGHLY advise not too
Schrimpf has managed my house for two years and are handling its sale. Comments about poor maintenance are simply untrue.
Great family-run company. I lived on Deer Ridge for 1 year and can't say how impressed I was with Schrimpf during my stay. I read the other reviews and I really think those are cases of several "bad tenants," (trust me, after reading those review I was worried going into it). Used this company for several different rentals over many years. Always had great experience with them. They changed the filter twice a year and were very prompt with maintenance requests. Don't hesitate to use this company - they are great!
Great company.
If I could I would give this company 0 stars. Terrible company, huge hassle, refuse to give back deposits when apartments are left in better shape than moved into. Make sure if you rent from them you get a receipt everytime or pay by check, they will loose your cash and say you never paid. Dishonest company all around.
It is true, they are an terrible property management company, and it is also true that I haven't heard of anyone getting their security deposit back! I myself didn't get my deposit back, after cleaning and fixing towel holders and bathroom fixture their maintenance crew can't seem to fix correctly. They charged me for cleaning a carpet that was messed up when I rented the apartment. I am just glad I took pictures with date stamps! I would give them a few negative stars if I could.
