my car was wrecked an brought to this place. my daughter went to get stuff out of it. they said they needed a notarized letter, with the insurance company an with them on a 3 way call. set up to my daughter pick up on the Thursday an then car would be moved on the Friday. I drive cross country paid 200 to get a letter notarized, an sent over night to get it done. she went at say 9 in the morning. car wasn't there. they want to pass the buck for there f@#k up. saying was insurance company an the company picking up the car. so... read more
I had to call my insurance company for road side assistance earlier today when I realized I had a flat tire. They got in touch with this company and a guy named DJ came to help me out. He was super nice and fast with changing my tire even though it was hot out today. I greatly appreciate the amazing service from you guys! Thank you!
