I highly recommend Schriever Auto Parts and their employee Lloyd Mitchell, if you ever lock your keys in your vehicle. Our wait was less than 30 minutes total. Once Lloyd arrived, he had our vehicle open in a couple minutes. This was a Sunday afternoon. Lloyd had such a wonderful attitude and personality. Service with a smile! Schriever Auto Parts is blessed to have such a wonderful employee!
RecommendedI called first to see if they had an door handle for my car they looked it for me and said yes. So i went in they had it done and ready for me and everything but come to find out i didn’t need an door handle i needed an hand rest. They didn’t get mad i showed them what was broken they told me the right name for it and even gave me a cheaper price. Went back to get the right part quickly no fuss. Evidently the New Parts-puller don't know his left from his right when it come to vehicles and also breaks a part and still gives it to the customer!! Lack of quality-check! On Friday, July 24, 2020 I called for a passenger front Blinker light assembly....drove all the way there to pick it up, had to wait til the the next day to put it on my vehicle dew to rain and noticed it was actually the Driver side that was given to me so I had to wait til Monday to get them to pull the correct one so I drove all the way back over ther... read more
Whole staff is very friendly and great to deal with very helpful. Have bought tires there and had a lot of repairs done, no problems with anything. Got a great deal on a used truck, have had no problems with it. These are very good people to deal with.
I went for a from passenger light and windshield wipers Ms Adam was very helpful patient kind they need more people in the like Ms Adam he answered all my questions but didn’t want to feed me bbq ribs lol but he’s amazing I recommend this and Mr Adam to anyone
Wiley was fantastic on Sunday, July 28th. He had special blocks crafted to extend his flatbed ramp so that he could get my 2018 ZL1 on and off without a problem. No damage to the splitter or the car. My thanks and my recommendation for future needs ( hope I don’t have anymore soon).
Harvey at Schriever Auto was the tow truck driver that was dispatched to me yesterday when I had a blow out tire on 90 and he went above and beyond to provide me with excellent customer service! He did more than what was expected of him. He took care of me in a friendly and professional manner and I don’t have enough good things to say about him.
