Tried calling to address the concerns about my account that I need to make payments on. The man that answered the phone has an attitude. Been trying to reach this law office for 2 months, after two months finally got someone on the phone that can’t even address concerns. Needless to say it was a waste of time, someone else can use your job position for real brother
Some guy answered the phone and was completely rude it’s as almost like he’s there to be rude and piss people off no really situation with this guy and he didn’t try allowing me to speak to anyone else nor did he try working with me. I really hope I can receive a call from someone more reasonable than him.
The receptionist is very rude and they don’t care about anything that you have going on in your life
Experience was by far the worse they don’t work with you at all. No regards to nothing. In the interest is ridiculous in the case of the fact you pay you payment regularly which is a rip off completely
I tried to call and set up a way to make payments and the man I was talking to has an attitude and was being rude as hell. I asked to speak to someone else because he apparently has an attitude and he tells me that he doesn't so I tell him that it's my perspective and he has been making smart remarks and talking over me the whole call plus telling me that I don't know certain things.
