Had a great experience with Schreiter's. Ryan was patient as we considered all the options. He offered great advice and ultimately we followed his suggestions. The chairs were ready was sooner than expected. Professional notification, delivery and setup. Also...the chairs look great!

Last update: after seeing my review update, John called and tried to make a bunch of excuses however we did get the legs delivered and replaced yesterday(funny they couldn’t even keep the time frame *they* picked). I will keep the 1 star because of the difficulty working with John and team and will avoid this store at any cost… If you want to get excuses and *reasons*, you will get your money’s worth, but if you want quality, reliability, and integrity - Schreiter’s ain’t it! We bought two IMG SPM5100 chairs from Schreiters four years ago. One chair’s motor stopped working. Service repairmen diagnosed a battery malfunction. Andrew informed me that the service and parts for me were free. I highly recommend Schreiters for furniture. They offer high-quality chairs and excellent post-sale service. Thanks again
