We don't normally post reviews but our experience with this store was awful and we felt compelled to share. Tldr - their prices are not competitive and customer service is severely lacking. We went to the store late last year looking for a couch. We were given a quote from Schreiter's and after looking around, found another place with the exact same couch who quoted $1450 less right off the bat. Our experience with Shreiter’s has been exceptional from start to finish. I had an American Leather Sleeper couch delivered and it was an excellent, smooth delivery. The team assembled everything on site, cleaned up, and put everything in place perfectly. In terms of the quality of the sleeper, it's better than any bed or couch I've owned in the past. Many thanks to Ryan and the team!
