Unprofessional. We called Thursday to set up a Saturday pour. I will have to give them credit, they scheduled us for 1pm on Saturday when they normally quit at noon, but 1pm Saturday came and went and we had no truck. We called at 130pm to see if they were delayed as I understand it sometimes happens. They informed us they canceled our pour and had no intentions of calling us and letting us know.
