Linguica to die for... I was raised in a Portugese founded city in CA. There is a Sausage Company there that specializes in Linguica. Now, because I was raised on that stuff, I think it is the best in the world; BUT, Schreiner's is certainly the best I have ever found after what I was raised on. Kudos to Schreiner's!
We love this place! We stop whenever we are close and stock up. We get meats packaged to freeze in smaller portions. They have tried many of their smoked brats, teriyaki jerky, sliced roasted ham, cheese frankfurters, bacon and german potato salad. Everything was fresh and really great tasting! They also have lunch deals and many people are lined up for that when we have stopped by at lunch.
Best sausage ever They have the best linguica sausage in the world. It is a Portuguese sausage. I am Portuguese-American and have tried it in many places but this is the best. Just the right spices and very lean.
