Brett is amazing. He has helped me out so much in the week I have known him. He rushed getting my application approved because I had alternative plans in case it didn’t get approved despite the fact that he was busy with other things. After I was approved he helped figure out a way to add my boyfriend onto the lease with me. He didn’t charge all the application fees most other property managements charge you just to end up rejecting you anyway. I would highly recommend working with Brett he is so helpful and understating.

I have been renting a home from Schreiber Real Estate for nearly 2 years. Brett is very kind and understanding. The house we live in is nice, affordable and well maintained. There have been minor repairs that have needed attention, and as soon as I notify Brett, he takes care of the issue immediately. I highly recommend Schreiber Real Estate. Very fair and affordable.
