I've been a member of Schrec's for 11 years now. I started out with the personal training and now I hold several state records for my age and weight in the 100% RAW Powerlifting Federation. I would have never got into powerlifting without Lances encouragement and coaching!! This gym is like my home away from home. Anyone can feel comfortable here since there is training and equipment for all levels of exercise!
