WONDERFUL small business with GREAT LOW PRICES with great/honest people. We were a first time rv buyer and they took the time to explain everything to us to make sure we understood our camper. Best service department in the area
Just purchased a new MPG. Brian’s team was fantastic, and Dana provided a great walk through. The camper was pristine and we are proud to have bought our third new camper from Schrecks.
I have been dealing with Schreck RV for quite sometime and am completely comfortable with the service and happy with how my family and I are treated there. I will be in the market for a new trailer very soon and will not go anywhere else.
Called about a repair to an awning, gentleman said "oh sorry they don't make the part any longer, you'll have to get a whole new awning for $1100." However I called the manufacturer who gave me the part number, said Yes they absolutely make the part and it is guaranteed to fit. I asked the manufacturer for a dealer OTHER THAN SHRECK RV, he located one for me, even closer, they ordered the part, installed it for Less than $300, and off I went.. Shame on you Shreck for lying to customers....Won't ever be back.
