I love dr. Baxter. She is awesome. But everyone else. Needs to go back and learn communication. I was suppose to get a tooth pulled by a fellow dentist... and right after freezing. Hes like nope I thinking you have a sinus infection. And it wasn't. I argued saying I need it pulled. And than by the time I got in to see baxter ..the tooth wasn't covered anymore. I had a very delightful experience.Lyric was very professional,friendly and polite.She carried me along the whole process of cleaning my teeth. I will definitely visit again.
Once again. Yes, not the first 2nd or 3rd time they have messed with my appointment. Changed my time slot, stating I got it wrong. I save all my appointment cards (even repeat it all back to them while there) and live over an hour away. Appointments at 1pm, 2pm and 3pm. Thanks for once again for your incompetence. Thank goodness the the dentists and technicians at least know what they are doing.
Been trying to get in for a cleaning for a year and some. Everytime I get an appointment 2 days before they call and cancel. First one waited 6 months they call the day before to say that all the dentists just up and decided to go to a conference last minute and they are closed. Waited another 6 months got a call today 2 days before and now the hygienist I was suppose to see not going to be in that day. Would have to wait another 6 months. Canceled it and going to Vermillion instead .
