Been trying to get in for a cleaning for a year and some. Everytime I get an appointment 2 days before they call and cancel. First one waited 6 months they call the day before to say that all the dentists just up and decided to go to a conference last minute and they are closed. Waited another 6 months got a call today 2 days before and now the hygienist I was suppose to see not going to be in that day. Would have to wait another 6 months. Canceled it and going to Vermillion instead .
Terrible experience here, will never go back, extremely un- professional. Don't go to this place unless you want to be disappointed and ripped off.
Would not recommend to anybody. If you miss one confirmation call, they instantly cancel your appt. If you have children, you aren't always around your phone. Also seems dingy and unorganized compared to other dental offices.
Terrible dentists. Needed a root canal. They did a filling until the crown was created. Makes sence , the filling failed and broke in less then 48 hours. Also they will grind and polish your teeth so it it cuts your tongue and cheeks. Went to Go to life smiles dental in selkirk. It has lasted 2 months while they worked on my. Other teeth Worth the drive To selkirk instead of this place.
