I contacted Schram because of water damage to3 bathroom ceilings in the areas of exhaust fans. I was very pleased with all aspects of their services. The initial inspection was timely and thorough and they identified the issues. A previous roofer did not use the appropriate roof vents for the fans and the insulation surrounding the fans was in disarray. HIGHLY Recommend Schram Roofing. Tracy and Mark were both very personable, professional and made our roof claim painless. Mark worked with our adjuster from the first phone call until the claim was paid. Mark was very accessible and responded promptly. Him and his team are very efficient, experienced, clean and completed our roof and gutter replacement ahead of schedule. We have already talked about adding a 4-Season Addition to our home.
