This place is nothing but a bunch of people that think they are mechanics . For one thing most of their employees aren’t even properly certified like they should be . My buddy had a recall done on his truck for cruise control and when he got it back still didn’t work so he called a different ford dealer found out they didn’t install a part they were supposed to so I had to myself and it worked just fine ! We have an apple orchard, and sell produce...we depend on our lawn mower and tiller. They said they would stop by and try to fix our lawn mower on site, but a kid showed up and towed it for $60. They charged the battery and dropped it off the next day, $115. Died after 1 use. Upon dropping our mower off, I asked the man with "30 years experience" to try starting our tiller, and he said the motor was shot... costs $400 for a new one.
