Nate, Luke and Damon were awesome. They were quick, efficient and answered all of our questions. Highly recommend Schraer for HVAC replacements.
Very professional. Did an awesome job. 👌Cole was a joy to work with. He went above and beyond with great customer service.
If I could give 0 starts I would. They were horrible. They came out at least 4 or 5 times and charged me each time and didn't fix the problem. It turned out to be the A Coil and they didn't figure it out till the last time they came out. The A Coil was covered but the labor was not. When it was all said and done, I paid them more than I paid for the original unit less than 4 years earlier. I would never use them again and definitely DO NOT recommend them.
I had a great experience with schraer! Cole was so friendly and helpful when he did the assessment for my AC unit. I got a brand new one installed by Alex S and Nathen F within a week and they did a fantastic job. My house is so cool and comfortable! 10/10 experience from start to finish.
Chris Payne was very good and had to work while it was raining. He was very professional.
