High marks for Senior Tech Chris and Apprentice Ryan on today's pre-winter heat-pump/furnace service. Their professional check-list approach to every component's function and for every voltage and every pressure reading gave me high confidence our 10-year-old system was by-the-book done right. Excellent experience from start to finish! We had to replace an entire system that presented several challenges. Quick to respond and schedule, Knowledgable and provide options for solution, offer financing, extremely friendly with excellent customer service! We highly recommend!
Had two young men come out to replace our furnace and ac unit. They were very respectable and professional. When job was completed they went through everything with us. I highly recommend Schraer Heating & Air.
