I've worked directly with the Schrader family on multiple occasions. I can genuinely say that they are some of the best people and care about the Fort Collins community a great deal! Schrader Oil is more than just oil and gas. They give back to the community in so many ways. I go the extra mile to fill my car with them every time!
Their customer service is above and beyond anything that I have ever seen and experienced
I give Schrader Oil 5 Stars...not only for my personal experience as a customer, but also for the company's commitment to the community. Working for Disabled Resource Services (DRS), I appreciate that they promote the fact that if a person with a disability needs assistance, that they stand ready to help. DRS also is a recipient of "Gas Bucks"...gas vouchers that we distribute to deserving clients facing one-time financial emergencies. Scrader Oil Co. cares about our community.
If I could give 0 stars I certainly would. This is what happens when you get your car towed at a parade. You go to seek some refuge at a gas station for a 5 month old and 3 kids out of the cold and get told by the people that work there we are not allowed to loiter. It's a cloudy cold day and they kicked us out of the store. Even after we bought things to be able to stay in the store.
