I had a good experience on the phone, at first, with Mark and his assistant Kacey (not sure of the name spellings). It was about a month ago that I found out my 1980 home with copper pipe has a leak. Mark gave me a quote of $5400, and told me that he thought my main pipe was made of polybutylene. He went and checked it out, and verified it was approximately 56' of main line, copper. I can't say enough good things about Marc and his outstanding customer service. On Labor Day weekend we thought there might be a water main break on our property. Marc came out 1st thing in the morning, on a holiday, and spent time accurately and correctly diagnosing the problem with the utmost professionalism. Fortuantley for us the leak was a sprinkler and he was honest in his evaluation and suggestion for repair. Throughout, Marc was extremely courteous and prompt in all communications. I highly recommend Marc Schra.

Before completing the work that was recommended by another company, Mark voluntarily assessed what needed to be done and recommended another scope of the sewer line before digging. The scope determined there was no major crack and therefore the repair was not required. Mark's integrity saved us considerable money, and therefore I would highly recommend his service.
