Had an appointment scheduled for 3, got a call at 3:04 that they aren’t coming out because the notes in the system said we just needed replacement of sky light. Well…yes but also roof repair. I took off early from work, rearranged my schedule and he didn’t even seem apologetic. Terrible customer service!!

I had the concrete tiles on my roof lifted, cleaned and relaid after underlayment repairs were done. The company is licensed to remove and reinstall the existing solar panels. Any broken tiles were replaced. Old vents and flashings were replaced. Because the roof had different heights, valleys and dormers, it took two weeks to complete. The workers were efficient, considerate and cleaned up debris daily. I am very pleased with the finished job. My 29 year old roof looks brand new.

Schott Roofing was able to install the new roof lining while keeping the existing clay tiles, thus reducing the cost. I was also required by my insurance company to "fire harden" my eaves by enclosing them. They were able to design and install the cement boarding to enclose the eaves with a very nice result. Other companies that I contacted didn't even want to take-on this project. I am thankful that Schott Roofing was up to the task with great results.

Called multiple roofing companies this morning, Schott Roofing and Construction were very friendly and knowledgeable. Furthermore, they answered all my questions thoroughly and left me with a better understanding of drip edge/ gutter systems and how they work.
