Ehren went out of his way to find me parts for my simplicity. I needed a part that's no longer made and he took the time to find it. Also he's very knowledgeable! He knows the simplicity line of equipment better than most dealers.
Our tractor hasn't worked since we brought it back from Schott. They are just using band-aids to fix it. The fist time we brought it back ourselves. We had to push it into the garage. Now the drive belt keeps coming off. Isn't that what they were supposed to find when we told them to fix all problems. Bad service.

The staff is very knowledgeable and help me out tremendously
Doesn’t even deserve one star. My boss has took both of his tractors here forever and they always come back with a different problem. The guys excuse every-time is “I took it to my house and mowed with it and didn’t have an issue” They have been back to that shop every week for 2 months straight and nothing gets fixed!! And the tractors come back looking like they haven’t even been touched!!! They are charging my boss $600+ to not even fix it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!
