The church of which I'm a member needed an appraisal of its property for future planning. It was a complicated situation due to multiple structures, zoning issues, irregular property lines, an easement and local jurisdictional restrictions. We were referred to Steve Schott by a local land-use attorney. We were pleased with his work. He educated us about the complexities involved and delivered his appraisal on time. He is responsive, knowledgeable, experienced and a clear communicator.
